City of Monroe Downtown Strategic Plan Phase 1
PHASE 1 DESCRIPTION
The purpose of Phase 1 was to get a deeper understanding of Monroe’s history, culture and current conditions. This study introduces the people and departments involved, analyzes previous research and data, maps out Monroe’s current urban environment, analyzes zoning ordinance, compiles current economic incentives and starts the community engagement process. The above video presentation is for the final booklet study for Phase 1.
