This twenty-one-story full service hotel includes 360 rooms and an attached seven-story parking structure. There is 12,000 square feet of meeting space and a skybridge connection to the Tampa Convention Center. 

A few of the numerous amenities include a bar/lounge and restaurant at the first floor, business offices at the mezzanine level, a fitness center and outdoor pool at the third floor. Designed in phases, the master plan allows for the future addition of a smaller hotel tower to be constructed on top of the garage structure.
