“The city of Monroe plans to host Rollin’ on the Riverfront at the Monroe River Market Sept. 17 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. as part of Phase 2 of the strategic plan for redevelopment in downtown Monroe. This event is an opportunity for the community to come together and share their ideas for downtown. ”
