The Campo Quarterly
April 2023
|
|
The First Quarter of 2023 was a continuation of clients that became friends that are now hospitality real estate development partners. This quarter, as a team, we worked hard and played hard. We enjoyed multiple group events, and our first company crawfish boil was a huge success! Our backlog continues to be robust, which is a response to Campo's design excellence & hotel owner's profitability.

Now Open | AC + Element San Antonio
In December, the AC + Element San Antonio opened in San Antonio, Texas, steps away from the Riverwalk. This post-modern edifice is an adaptive reuse project with a dual-branded hotel, tenant office space, and rooftop bar. The tones and textures of the Texas Hill Country inspired the design of the first half of this dual-branded hotel. The second half of this dual-branded hotel concept was to blur the boundary between indoors and out. The exaggerated brightness and vitality inspire a comfortable and inviting setting where guests can relax and unwind. Campo served as the Architect of Record and Interior Designer for Winston Hospitality.
